The developer's intitial proposal called for:

• 1,562 multi- and single-family residences
• 180,000 square feet of retail space
• 52,000 square feet of office space
• 147-room hotel

We have been advised by the developer and village officials that plans have subsequently been scaled back to:

• 1,250 multi- and single-family residences
• 132,000 square feet of retail space
• 30,000 square feet of office space
• 140-room hotel
